Pay Attention ⚠️

Pay attention on purpose with the intention of closely observing and assessing behaviors and especially the BELIEFS, VALUES, EXPECTATIONS, MISSIONS, INTENTIONS and FEELINGS or EMOTIONS (glad, sad, mad, afraid) and THOUGHTS that are the MOTIVATIONS and are associated with the given behaviors. Gain some understanding and the ability to more easily influencing behaviors via bonds via relate, connect, share for healthy beneficial meaningful relationships and interactions

Cat Backwards 🐈

Walk the cat back to gain insight about closely observed and assessed behaviors of self and others (find the clues to what cues got which behavior responses due to what values)

Chew Longer 🦴

Do more chewing with my breakfast oatmeal for better digestion and health.

Do Pomodoros Daily ⏲️

Do at least one formal project pomodoro a day in learning new stuff that I will definitely make use of! Do stuff for the benefits of my future me!


Am I in(SPIRE)d?

  1. Spiritual - make it meaningful and purposeful,
  2. Physical - use stress and recovery to train,
  3. Intellectual - be curious and build elaborative memories,
  4. Relational - receive being cared for and give caring to others,
  5. Emotional - embrace feelings and be grateful
